One of the great joys of my life over the past twelve years has been to introduce North Americans and Europeans to the wonders and benefits of life in Central America. I get great pleasure in helping people discover a warmer and richer lifestyle, as well as, great investment and real estate opportunities that they would never find out about in any other way.

But with this pleasure, I also take the responsibility of providing my friends, associates and clients with an honest and balanced perspective of not only the benefits and advantages of life and business in Central America but also of some of the unique problems and challenges they might face here. To not acknowledge these problems and challenges, as few people and websites do, would be less than candid and honest.

I am not content just to point out the pleasures and problems in Central America. My company, Success In Central America, provides a balanced picture along with the information and advice that  North Americans and Europeans need not only to enjoy the benefits of life in Central America but how to minimize the problems and meet the challenges that they will find in this region.
